Pertemps Recruitment Intranet Management

I worked on the Pertemps intranet for the recruitment agency, contributing to both its ongoing development and the introduction of more interactive internal tools. A key part of my role was building a Display Screen Equipment (DSE) assessment panel, designed to help employees complete and manage workstation safety evaluations efficiently. I developed this functionality using SharePoint and SPFx, creating a smooth, user-friendly interface with structured data handling and clear workflows. Alongside this, I supported improvements to the wider intranet, ensuring it remained practical, accessible, and aligned with the needs of a fast-paced recruitment environment.

On our second project we Worked on a large-scale SharePoint intranet project for Pertemps, supporting the cleanup, migration, and restructuring of more than 600 branded SharePoint sites. The work involved migrating and reorganising large volumes of content, improving site structure, and carrying out extensive cleanup of document libraries to enhance consistency and usability across the platform. I also assisted with administration tasks including permissions management, user access configuration, and ensuring proper governance across sites. In addition, I contributed to the branding and standardisation efforts across the intranet, helping create a more unified and user-friendly internal environment. The outcome was a more streamlined and maintainable SharePoint ecosystem with improved structure, navigation, and access control.
